Hop! 66 is a powerful alternative band with a strong emotional edge from Flemington, New Jersey.  The band has been together since the middle of January 1996 and consists of five members. The band is influenced by Hybrid Pinata, Gelatin, and Lenny and the Wonderpants.  Punch Records, a record company in Flemington, signed the band in March of '97.   Hop! 66 recorded last winter at Mast Studios in Matawan.  The band will be recording a full CD this spring.  Be alert for new releases.   We'll see you at the shows.

Hop! 66 appears with three songs, "Armrest," "Hippopotamus," and "The Characteristics and Structures of DNA and RNA," on a Punch Records Compilation CD, "Music That Hits You Hard" which was released June 20, 1997.
